Terrible Customer Service, specially Daulton Luttrell. We bought a vehicle on OVE and then HE lied and said we requested to "back out" the deal which we didn't. We received an email from them stating " We are sorry this vehicle was not what you wanted, but please search our inventory of the latest wholesale vehicles to find something that will meet your needs." They didnt want to sell the truck for the price that was listed although it was $3k over MMR but did so insinuating we asked to back out the deal.

Thank you for your review Kevin. We apologize that your experience with SGAA was not a positive one. As we explained, the vehicle was posted in error, and at the incorrect price. It was an error on our part, and we can understand how mistakes like this can be frustrating. As we stated before, we apologize for the inconvenience. You did not ask for the deal to be backed out, the seller did, and this is what was reported to OVE. There was an error in posting the vehicle for sale, and we apologize. We wish you he best.
