    I gave it 2 stars because of location and my neighbors... That is absolutely the ONLY reason. Management is absolutely horrendous. You can never get a hold of anyone... Messages, emails.. Zero reply. The pool hasn't been usable in 3 years. Code enforcement should actually come out and take a look because it's a cesspool for mosquitoes. The management office apparently burned before I got here but has yet to be repaired so there's no one there. All the amenities that they advertise are not working or usable. And if you need a repair in your apartment, honey you might as well be able to come out of pocket for it because they're not going to do it. I know if two neighbors that have absolutely no heat. Two neighbors that have literally holes in their ceiling from water leaks that they refuse to fix. Appliances that don't work in others. When you pull in there are trees bushes on the right hand side that you literally have to swerves to miss so that way they don't scratch your car but they won't cut those back instead they cut down the bushes in front of the apartments which is stupid. Cutting those down just exposes all the repairs that need to be done to the buildings. There are window shutters missing, broken windows, screens missing, The absurd amount of wasp nest on the eaves of the buildings. At one time this used to be a beautiful apartment complex (prior to me moving here). Poor management and property owners who don't give a damn. Instead of addressing the repairs, they waste money on things that did not need to be done.

    DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! IT HAS BEEN H E L L SINCE THE DAY I MOVED IN. I HAVE A POLICE REPORT THAT SHOWS THE FIRST DAY I MOVED IN, CONTRACTED CAME AND STOLE ITEMS OUT OF MY HOUSE. SOME ITEMS WERE STILL IN BOXES AND THEIR EXCUSE WAS THAT THEY THOUGHT IT WAS TRASH!!! BRAND NEW ITEMS IN A BOX??? COME ON. SO I TALKED TO THE REGIONAL MANAGER WHO APOLOGIZED AND PROMISED TO REPLACE THE ITEMS AND TO WAIVE MY NEXT MONTH'S RENT. GUESS WHAT? THE NEXT MONTH CAME AND THE APARTMENT MANAGER STATED THAT SHE WAS NOT AWARE OF ANY OF IT AND THE REGIONAL MANAGER STOPPED ANSWERING MY TEXTS AND CALLS. THEY FINALLY WAIVED THE RENT BUT GUESS WHAT? A MONTH LATER, MY TUB HAD A HOLE IN IT THAT THEY HAD COVERED WITH PAINT BEFORE I MOVED IN AND THE WATER RAN INTO MY KITCHEN CEILING CAUSING A BAD LEAK AND STAIN. I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE GETTING A NEW TUB BECAUSE OF THE DAMAGE AND THAT SOMEONE WILL PAINT MY CEILING. I AM HERE AND IT IS ALMOST A YEAR LATER WITH NO REPAIRS OR NEW TUB. EVERYONE ACTS LIKE THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT WHEN PEOPLE HAVE CLAIMED TO HAVE ORDERED THE WRONG TUB AND THAT MY NEW TUB WAS ON THE WAY. IT KEEPS GETTING BETTER. SO WHY DID THEY ALLOW CONTRACTS WITH MEDIACOM TO COME INTO MY HOME BY THEMSELVES WHEN I WAS NOT HOME. SOMEONE BROKE MY SON'S TV AND SAT IT BACK UP LIKE NOTHING HAD HAPPENED. WHEN I REPORTED TO MY RENTER OFFICES THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY HAD NO CONTACT ON THE INDIVIDUALS AND THAT IT WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. I DID NOT HAVE A FIRE DETACTER IN MY APARTMENT AND I DISCOVERED THAT ONE NIGHT I ALMOST SET A FIRE. THEY CAME OUT AND BROUGHT ONE IN. NEIGHBORS LET THEIR DOGS POOP ANYWHERE AS THEY PLEASED AND DOES NOT PICK IT UP. I HAVE HAD OTHER DAMAGES WITH NO REPAIRS AND HERE IS ANOTHER KICKER. NO HOT WATER FOR DAYS NOW. I AM CONTACTING THE NEWS TO DO A REPORT BECAUSE THEY NEED TO EITHER CLOSE THE BUILDINGS OR FIX IT. I AM DOING A PETITION SOON WITH NEIGHBORS. THEY WANT TO INCREASE RENT BUT NOT FIX PROBLEMS. I WILL BE DROPPING NAMES AND EMAILS/TEXTS SOON BECAUSE I AM SURE SOME OF THE OLD STAFF ARE PROBABLY WORKING OTHER PLACES DOING THE SAME THING. I HAVE MANY MORE PICS THAT I WILL BE UPLOADING JUST INCASE THEY WANT TO LIE SOME MORE!

    Im being positive here as much as I can, This place sucks so bad! Dont Ever Find A Job Here and dont think about moving here. Ever since they changed the rules, it has been chaos! In the office, NOBODY is ever available for assistance, and when they are, they respond back in a bad manner! Please think twice before moving to this place.

    DONT RENT HERE. These people care nothing about their tenants and seem to only be motivated to do anything when they come looking for their money. I have not had heat since I got in this apartment October 22! On top of that they have been charging me 100.00 a month for not having renters insurance when I have had insurance from progressive (and went and gave them the attestation form) The bush growing in front of my door has grown to blocking my doorway. We pay for an apartment community that has a pool that remained green and unusable the entire summer. I should have known when they gave me the key to a filthy apartment and offered me 100.00 off my rent if I cleaned it, which I did. Now because they are literally ignoring my heater situation and I am having to use space heaters (which are driving up my electric bill) I have to consider hiring a lawyer to get heat in my apartment.
