Just called in to speak with someone in reference to my dad air conditioning unit. The receptionist Angie, who claims to be the owner/manager, has the worst customer service skills imaginable. Very defensive. She hung up in my face when I was asking her to explain to me the warranty terms and conditions. Charged my dad for a part that was covered under warranty and then complained that he never paid a bill. A bill in which he never received. I've heard really bad things about this company but didn't want to believe it. I called Angie in hopes of diffusing the situation because my dad told me she had a very nasty attitude and indeed she does. Do not recommend! If I could rate them at a zero I would.
