I am writing to express my disappointment with the bad service that I received from your company. On April 28, 2023, I spoke with Amy about a delivery that I needed to make. The original quote was for $1093, but I asked for a white glove service quote that was $1600. Due to budget constraints, I declined white-glove service and went ahead with the original delivery. However, on May 22, 2023, I received the shipment and was shocked to discover that I had been charged for white-glove delivery, which I never agreed to. This was entirely unbeknownst to me, and it was a shock. It took more than 8-10 days to receive the delivery, which was very inconvenient for me, and then to receive it with such a surprise charge was so frustrating. I found the conversation on April 28th and the actual transaction to be entirely different, and it felt like I was tricked into paying for something that I hadnt agreed on. I am upset that I was not informed about any additional charges for the delivery service, and I feel like I was taken advantage of. I urge your company to be careful with your communication and to ensure that everything is communicated clearly and transparently. All verbal quotes should be included in writing, and there should be no confusion when it comes to fees and charges. In conclusion, I am disappointed with the bad service that I received from Craters and Freighters. I hope you will take the necessary steps to improve your service and communication, and to prevent any similar incidents from happening in the future.
