      image Had a small leak causing a water stain in master bedroom. A neighbor recommended NBS. Justin came out that day to assess the issue and to also survey the roof for any other potential problems. The issue was a boot on the vent. Problem solved. Additionally, I went ahead and had Justin complete a preventative maintenance on the roof (now 12 years old). Relatively small investment spent to hopefully extend the life of the roof. Excellent experience.
