Thank you for checking with me. I am continuing to improve. I'm going every other day to the Y working on the treadmill and stair step equipment. I really have very little pain. I'm working on walking correctly and for longer periods. You all were great working on my back and quadricep. With your help and expertise I have come along way. I do not miss the pain. Thank you, and I will be sure to let you know if I need help in the future.

Front desk staff is very unprofessional....spending most of the time of my wife's appointment on personal phone calls and chatting with one of the Techs.

I was referred to attend Physical Therapy by my doctor (Dr. Gupta) from the Alliance Spine and Pain Center in Hiram. Dr. Gupta and her staff are superb, but I didn't want to do PT because I didn't believe it would help/work me and my injury(ies). Instead, I put my trust in Dr. Gupta and her professional opinion. During my very first visit with Brittney, she immediately went to the area that has been ailing me for over 20 years and found the source of my pain. I served in the Navy for 20 years, saw many nurses, doctors and even a few chiropractors. None of them were able to help ease the pain that I consistently complained about. After 20 plus years and multiple professionals, Brittney was able to figure it out in less than 2 minutes, so her efforts speaks volumes about her expertise and knowledge within her field of work. I am greatly appreciative that I was able to meet Brittney and her wonderful staff. Everyone from the front to the back was super awesome!! They were very courteous, intelligent and a dream to work with. With their direct support and professional experience, they're changing our lives for the better. Thanks again to each and everyone of you guys (and gals).

Had a bad experience at a Benchmark before - so was reluctant to go again. But was recommended them again, to a specific therapist so I decided to give it another shot. I was very pleased initially. Went to them for 6 or 7 months - and was making progress. I had to stop going to them towards the end of 2021, and after I did - I got a letter from them stating I owed them hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Went through months of back and forth with billing and to make a long story short, was told that they underquoted me what insurance was going to cover, and the whole time i had been going to them, my $20 co pay wasn't covering what my visit was. But they didn't tell me this until after i stopped going to them, so i had no idea i was continuing to rack up a bill. I paid the bill, but wasn't happy. The district manager escalated it - and had the billing manager call me - who was able to get the bottom of what happened, and noticed a discrepancy in the billing - and sent me back a small refund check. I thought everything was square. I started going back to them in the late summer of 2022 - and when discussing the co - pay - reminded them of the issue we had last year and made clear that i did not want that to happen again. COntinued services as normal for 3 or 4 months. Went on an extended vacation at Thanksgiving 2022, and when i returned in December had a bill from Benchmark in mailbox for services that again i thought had already been paid for with my co-pays. I called and it was the EXACT same song and dance that happened the year before. Essentially i was told that they had initially estimated my vists at 100; but they actually were $128. But at no time during service do they tell you that your services are more they initially told you. They dont tell you until AFTER you stop going to them, and have racked up a ridiculous bill.
