Need a computer repair? Call these people! They recently help us when our main computer crashed. The tech worked very hard to fix a difficult problem and didn't give up. He even took it to a computer forensics lab for help. We didn't ask, he just knew how important it was and took action. Competitively priced...actually, didn't charge what he should have. Excellent experience with this company!

We have used this company twice and have had very good experiences both times. The first was to help my daughter with her laptop. It was fixed and has been running well ever since. The second time was to work on a problem with our desktop. Mike was very professional and he helped make sure we were current on all updates and got us running again. I highly recommend this company for your PC computer needs.

Exellent experience! Never had a computer company out before, found PCXpress listed in the Yellow Pages. Michael, the technician that came out was very knowledgable and quickly solved all of my problems in short order. I knew I had many viruses and the computer was running very slow. PCXpress/Mike has been our "computer guy" for at least ten years, if not more. At various times, he's gotten us set up and printing first on our out-of-date and then later on new home and office Dell pcs. When there've been MacMini or Dell laptop printing issues or virus problems, he's taken care of them, too. This includes dealing with various routers and modems and a home wifi account. Most recently there've been new email accounts to be set up on an iPhone, iPad and a Dell laptop. And now I can even print from my MacBook Air. Mike will take the time to do what needs to be done and, often, some of his time is not "on the clock." He's always been pleasant, professional, friendly and accommodating, I would recommend him to anyone.
