    I purchased a zero turn mower and it was time to trade in and upgrade, they would not take a trade and was clear about that. No harm now I line up the deal and want to proceed so I call up and explain to them that I want my mower picked up when they drop off the new mower and I want them to service is and fix anything it needed because I wanted it to be right for the new owner when I put it up forsale. They refused to work on it, if you cant service what you sell then dont sell. Easy enough they lost a deal and a customer.

    What a rip offf 172 dollars to replace the pull cord on my small hand held steel blower that probably cost 250 when I bought it .. I mean damm And when I was dropping it off I asked what they thought the price would be and they said there was know way of knowing.. come on And I had to call them multiple times to figure out when my tool was going to be done because it took so long.

Here at TLOPE, we service everything that we sell with top certified technicians. It is true that coming up on a decade ago, we transitioned from some brands to higher quality brands. At this point in time, we cannot get parts for the brands that we used to sell back in the day. We are sorry if this is an inconvenience. Being honest about this review, the claims here are untrue. The unit was dropped off by Mr. Cash, claiming the only issue was the recoil assembly (not the string only). An accurate wait time was given of 1-2 weeks, depending on the availability of parts arising from the repair. During week 1, the requested recoil repair was completed and certainly needed several other parts along with a string. However, after getting the unit to start, it would still not run properly while fuel was dumping out of the exhaust. It required more parts (one having to be specially ordered). Also, the maintenance items were in such a neglected state that they required replacement to avoid damaging the unit. Before the end of week 2, the handheld was ready as a complete repair. Mr. Cash was notified immediately. During the numerous calls with Mr. Cash along the process of repair, these details were all described. As we considered the cost on this unit (if bought new) being low, we gave a discount on the labor, the rope itself, the primary additional part needed and waived the shop supplies charge. The total labor charge for the service was only 50 dollars, including the secondary repair labor required to get the unit functional again. Mr. Cash received his old parts to see the condition that they were in and proceeded to buy additional parts and join it with his ticket for a total of 162 dollars plus tax. We would have no way to predetermine that this unit required more than a recoil repair as it would not start and was received in pieces from a previous attempted repair by the customer. For any ticket over $200 or half the cost of the unit itself we always call the customer ask their preference on how to proceed. We are appalled at the untruthfulness of this review.
