Had SUCH a great experience with this company! My family and I are incredibly happy with Medi-share. The sales team, and office staff has continued to go above and beyond for any questions that we have had. Extremely responsive! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for insurance for your family!

After contacting Red Taylor, Kenny Baughcum with Red Taylors office got back to me and signed me up for Medi-Share, accident and prescription insurance. Due to a problem signing up for Medi-Share, I found out I did not qualify. On Jan 1, I emailed him asking him to call me and help me cancel my other insurance policies since I couldn't get the Medi-Share. He did not reply to that email. On Jan. 4th, Kenny called, but he did not mention that email - he was just checking in with me. I told him since I didn't qualify for Medi-Share, I wanted him to cancel the other 2 policies. He called 2 days after my Mom died, and I told him I couldn't deal with the cancelling at that time, could he please do it and he said he would. I received an email yesterday, Jan. 24th from Kenny saying thanks for my business, even though I had verbally cancelled all business through him. I just checked my policies and neither had been cancelled by him, like he said he would. If I had not checked those, I would have been charged again for something I no longer needed. I believe a Christian organization should have taken better care of my business and responded to my emails and helped me out during my time of grief.
