        Rooms were older but clean. Check in staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and not as friendly but things were busy so take that into consideration. Check out staff was nice. Great location for getting around North Atlanta.

        I was there two days. First day breakfast lacking. They didn't keep the breakfast bar stocked. Second day they did a much better job. Safety: Nice hotel. The rooms are spacious. Safe area.

        I was very pleased with the jovial greetings I received when arriving late and more so in the morning. I was also very happy with the massive breakfast spread. Glad I stayed here!

        I travel with a tax exempt form and I always tell the service desk before that I will not be paying hotel taxes because I am a state employee traveling for the state. I have been doing this for 26yrs and never have I been spoken to so rudely as I have been to by 2 employees with this Holiday Inn in Acworth, Ga, I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again because of the conduct and lack of respect shown by these two Holiday Inn employees. The location was very convenient to Chattahoochee Tech but I will drive a little further for respect and customer service. Taxes have yet to be exempted from my bill and I will not be reimbursed. As a follow up, I have called 25 times or more since my terrible stay. I have been lied to each and every time and have been spoken to so rudely. Yet, the taxes have yet to be removed despite being told that they would be each and every time I've called. I would not recommend staying at this IHG hotel! They are in desperate need of management and quality employees. Not a happy camper, Greg Harrell
