      image This person has control of my kids college accounts. He has personal anger against their father, and because of that, he decided to withhold information from me in order to transfer their accounts. He held his personal feelings against my children's college accounts, which is the highlight of unprofessional. I work for doctors and have patients who work my last nerve, but still leave with their prescription. That's how business is handled. It is unacceptable to hold power over their financial information over personal feelings. I even reached out to Edward Jones to get the information and after weeks went by, I got a letter saying they will investigate. I don't have time for that crap. Especially when these accounts are being controlled by someone so childish. There are plenty of other Edward Jones advisors, just take a moment to pause before trusting this person with your life's finances.
