Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is horrible and the absolute worst fast food restaurant. I have been sitting here now 20min. Theyre drive intercome doesnt work so we have to sit here and wait to order from the window. Seriously!!! I have kids and theyre waiting on dinner and this place cant even complete a simple order. Absolutely horrible!! I am stuck in the line and cant move. How on this earth that a fast food company can not take an order!!! This is horrifying!! I am still waiting!!! This is a new location that has been here for a couple of years. Absolutely worst fast food franchise!!! I am still sitting here and there was only three of us in line !

This is a newish location and you would think everything would be great. Do NOT go here unless you have time to wait for your food. Went there 2 days ago and waited for over 10 mins for my order. The whole time I was standing right in front of the counter. Finally I asked the guy how long for my order, he said "what did you have?", don't you have my order in front of you? He said "sorry I forgot, I'm human". There are only 2 people always working there every time I go inside. Not sure how this location is staying open at all. The service is really bad. Management needs to close it or find some people that can run it. The drive thru is always closed because they can't handle the regular orders. I have never been at a Popeye's this slow.

Ordered through the mobile app around 8:30ish. I drove to resturant and so people in the lobby so I drove around to drive thru to pick up my order no one ever responded. So I drive around to the drve thru. After waiting about 5 minutes I saw a gentleman outside and he said the doors were locked. Someone finally came to the window and said the drive through was closed. Please explain this to me!!!!!! Very pooly ran operation.

I finally went by and tried the chicken sandwich everyone was getting shot over. It was AWESOME! But i wouldn't shoot someone for it! Lol Luckily i got in drive through in lull. Waited 10 minutes for them to answer speaker. Probably 6 cars pulled in behind me. When pulled around there was a car at window still. We forgot something on the order so wife just walked in to order it to free I drive through and she said it was busy and manager said they were running out of everything Guy at window was a punk. Bad attitude Short answers Ask for mayo packet just said don't have any and let wife shut. But that chicken sandwich was The Bomb!

Waited for 40 minutes. Guy said he gave me extra tenders for wait when in reality they didn't even give me the amount I ordered. People behind me honking horns. People getting out of cars. Ridiculous. It's 8:30 at night. They lways do this stuff. Chicken hardly looks even cooked!!! All I ordered was 3 tenders. They weren't even busy when I pulled up. And the 40 minutes is a generous estimate. And I was very polite to them about the wait. After 20 minutes at window they came out to say they didn't forget me and I said it's fine.
