I love Dr. Middleton and his staff. I have severe dental anxiety and Dr. Middleton always takes care of me. He has performed two implants for me with no problems. If you are looking for a perfect experience with perfect care with anxiety, this is the Dr. for you.

I had an extra tooth removed in April. Dr.Middleton and his staff were great! I was very nervous and they helped me out. Would recommend!

He did a great job. Very quick & professional with wisdom teeth procedures. Would highly recommend to anyone that is in need of such work done to their teeth.

I feel that I was required to pay the full amount of my service before the procedure because I am African American. Then was giving the run around from Nov 2021 until this day Jan 18, 2022 about my refund check from one of my two insurance companies. After speaking to one of my companies, I was told my out of pocket expense was subsequently a lot less and I should be receiving it back from the dentist office because they were overpaid. This office has every excuse under the Sun and Moon with a nasty attitude. To top it off my refund check has been cashed by them and on the insurance claim form there is a place to check for them to be reimbursed but why would they be sent any money when they were paid in full on September 10, 2021? Get it together real fast or we will be in court. Reply: Just to correct your statement, my claim is not with my insurance company. They paid your office, your accountant has cashed the check and I have not received a refund from your office. I had a ZERO balance when you helped me file my insurance claim so there was no reason that my money should have come to you. This is according to my insurance. Please give honest information if you choose to reply. Its April 3,2022 Still no refund!!!! Today is May 18, 2022. I am going to make this simple and easy for your practice. I paid $1812.00 for my services. My insurance MetLife says thru there EOB that I only owed $270.00. MetLife paid you $630.70. Simple math. 1812.00 - 270.00 = $1542.00 $1542 00 + $630.70 (MetLife paid there office and was cashed) =$2172.00. A MetLife representative tried to talk to David Middleton to explain why the are wrong. He hung up on that representative. I even confirmed this morning with them that the numbers were correct. I will get a lawyer now and sue, You have a reply David???? Tell the truth bc I already sent a reply to the board of Dentistry! Please anyone that reads this message in the future. He is a horrible person with no morals. To lie in court after being sworn to tell the truth is ridiculous and it being one sided since I missed the other court day back in May because I had broken my ankle and was in the hospital the judge looked at none of my proof but keep referring back to I missed the court date and it was dismissed. I had called the court and they allowed me to reschedule. Craziest part is he knew he was wrong and even though the judge did not order him to pay me a penny. He paid care credit $1400.00. I had paid them off in Oct, so he paid my boyfriends bill for implants he is receiving. I pray BCBS and MetLife removes him off their preferred in network dentists!!!! Please, please, PleaseStay AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS he is being investigated by the Board of Dentistry and MetLife now.

Dr. Middleton and staff were extremely helpful and explained everything about my procedure well in advance. Dr. Middleton seems very sincere in his profession and it certainly does not feel like the “assembly line” type of service that a lot of places seem to have now days. He is ready to answer any questions and concerns and truly treated me like an individual instead of another patient . Dr. Middleton and his surgical assistants were very great at helping me be comfortable before my procedure and explaining things to me. Also, being in a safety sensitive line of work, Dr. Middleton expressed genuine concern for when I should return to work due to my procedure and post-op care and provided helpful guidance. Any dental procedure is certainly not something anyone looks forward to, including myself, but God forbid should the need ever arise again for a procedure past that of which a primary care dentist can handle, I will definitely be back to Dr. Middleton.
