This Dollar General is the absolute worst I've ever been to. They don't correct prices on items for weeks & don't honor the prices they have up. I also tried to take a bag of items the customer in front of me left & the cashier grabbed it & kept it, rather than taking it to the customer that paid for it or allowing me to take it to the customer. It would have to be my only option in order for me to shop here again.

So many carts with boxes sitting all around the store can't even get around. Some aisles are blocked on one end so you have to turn around and go back up the way you came. It's to the point where it's unsafe and I honestly don't think the fire marshall would approve. I did manage to grab what I needed and a couple things extra. No cashier was at the register so I had to hunt her down. One item was normally $12.50 and had a sign that said it was on sale for $10 but it rang up full price. The cashier said the sale was over 2 weeks ago but the sign was never taken down. They should've honored that price. I'll never set foot in this store again. I'll pay more for better service.

The young lady working Friday, Nov 10th, was super nice. Unfortunately, that is hard to find in any customer service reps these days. It was closing time, and she indicated she'd been there all day. Yet, she still took the time to make conversation. She needs a vacation, a raise, and some additional employees in that store. Sorry, I didn't catch her name. The 5 stars are hers solely.

Online it says stores closes at 10pm. I arrived at 9:15pm doors locked. Tried to call inside and it's says the number is disconnected.

9/8/2023OMG,THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT THIS LOCATION!!I ALWAYS SHOP AT THIS LOCATION FOR ODDS AND ENDS BUT TODAY WAS VERY DIFFERENT..I WALKED INTO THE STORE,GRABBED A BUGGY,HAD TO USE THE RESTROOM SO I ASKED THIS AFRICAN AMERICAN YOUNG LADY WITH SHORT CURLY HAIR DID THEY HAVE A PUBLIC RESTROOM AND SHE SAID NO,SO I WALKED OFF DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ELSE TO HER AND WENT TO GO GRAB MY ITEMS.UPON ARRIVING TO THE SELF CHECKOUT I LET HER KNOW THAY I WOULD HAVE TO TYPE MY CARD NUMBER IN BECAUSE IT WAS DAMAGED and she said THE MACHINE
Be acting funny at times but I still proceeded to ring up my items because normally someone would come and do something to type in my card number so once I was done she became very rude,a attitude because of not being able to use their restroom and started accusing me of having an attitude again.I told her I don't even know her to have an attitude and she just started talking to me like I was her child from then I asked another employee to help me and she stopped him from doing that and threatened to cancel my order ,,once she said that I cursed her out ,swung my buggy and left out that store..YALL NEED TO RE TRAIN HER OR GET RID OF HER FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
ThE way she acted towards me was almost like she was jealous of me or she does this to customers and no one is their to say or correct her..I have 3 adult daughters that looked to be her age and would never!!!I shop at lake A worth location all the time this girl gotta be a new employee but the manager needs to pull that store camera and be the judge.I did not curse at her until she tried to handle me the way she did..
UNACCEPTABLE TO SHE GOT CUSSED OUT SHE DESREVED IT!!
