Wingstop

ZERO STARS: Manager working @3:30 on 04/06/2024 was so so rude for no reason. My friend and I were respectful when attempting to order but the respect was not reciprocated(we are only 19 on our work break). We were just trying to get 2 mix match combos and the manager had no idea what that was and thats no issue at all, but as I was about to tell her my order (I wasn't even able to get one word out) she proceeded to get mean with me due to HER confusion. We respectfully said we are taking our money somewhere else because that wasnt necessary and left.I have never in my life had to leave a review for poor service but this was actually ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars I would. My recent experience at Wingstop was met with poor service and management attitude. Not only did the manager lack patience and displayed rude body language, but the workers also seemed clueless about placing orders or lacked the necessary training to do so. So if you ever choose to go to Wingstop on Cobb Parkway dont speak to the fat lady with scary light yellow-ish eyes, she will yell at you for trying to order.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had!! All the employees were standing round while we waited 45 minutes for our food which still had not been started when I went up too ask. The manager nor employees apologizes,.as a matter of fact when I asked for my money back, they laughed and took their sweet time giving me my $40 back. Horrible. They should all be written up and reprimanded. People came and went and we were still sitting there waiting. Doordashers came and went, we were still waiting.
