        Very Good experience with Allen's . I just found them on a Google search and the website looked professional so I sent an inquiry. Chris Allen did a strong appraisal an he also went to bat with the insurance company (in back and forth email negotiations); the result was the insurance company increased their offer to me by $3200 (about 18%+). It was well worth it. I had been sending pictures, invoices, comparable listings....I could not get my own insurance company to review my data until Chris Allen got involved.
