        The entire team is amazing! They visit our community every 5 weeks- and they always have the same staff (great employee retention means GREAT leadership!). The staff come in smiling and happy (I don't know how- when they look at some pretty gross feet all day long- but they DO! Again- that tells me they love their job, and they have a great team and leadership!) Our families and patients only have good things to say about their care and results. I have had some pretty horrific visiting podiatrists in the past, and I will only use Dr Cruz and his staff going forward.
