I reached out to this company after seeing one of their trucks in the neighborhood advertising their business. I discussed with Mike about receiving a quote for work in the front yard. He indicated his father was recovering from hip surgery and it may be a couple of days before hes out at the property. I told him I would be out of the area, so I was not in a rush; however, hes welcome to go over at any time being he did not need access to quote work in the front yard. He asked me to text him when we got off the phone with an address and pictures, which I promptly did. Ive followed up with him requesting to know when he will be out and I continue to get the runaround until he finally just stopped responding all together. Completely unprofessional. If youre overbooked, or dont have time, simply say so, do not string people along. Im glad we didnt go with this company I think I just got a snap shot of what it might be like working with this company.
