Frontier Communications

I have had no problems for a year. About 400 mbs download speed for $50 a month. Spectrum sending me junk mail everyday prompted me to write this review. Update. Frontier raised my bill to $80. Spectrum sold me mobile service and Wi-Fi for $29 a month.

Scheduled a service hookup and no one showed up. I called and they said the service was canceled due to the service not being available at my address. Well why did they sign me up for it, then not call me when it was discovered it wasnt. Horrible service, then they tried to sell me a different service package. I said absolutely not with that type of customer service.

Spent Hr trying to get hold of live human, they couldn,t speak english, I, told them tec person came to hook me up, and she couldn,t get to the box to hook me up, cause niebors put up a fence and she couldn,t hook me up, , told me when I get hold of them to call and they would rescheduld a date ?? No stay with my old provider !

Technicians for this company do not work on weekends, customer service won't even try to schedule one. Work from home and service is completely down. There is no resolution, customer service just keeps saying that there is no outage in the area and they need to send a technician out, but they won't schedule one on the weekends. Calling someone in would be the correct answer to a customer service problem.
