Marcela Espinosa is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond my expectations. She was very helpful and actually cared to help me. Wells Fargo couldnt have a better person to represent their branch at this location!

One thing I can say about Wells Fargo of Dade City & Zephyrhills is that they will never be as good as the one at The Villages. They treat us with respect & never complain about how many employee checks we deposit.

I came to the bank with my severely disabled spouse in a power chair to take care of some business after a Dr appt, because he was going in for surgery. The lady was very nice and said he had to make an appointment. I explained that he is sick and needs a lift to be put in the chair and needs to get this done before he goes to the hospital next week. The lady says, "You have to make an appointment." The place was empty, and no one was waiting. SMH

This branch is AWFUL, especially the Cuban lady there. I went WITH my son to the branch so he could sign his pay check over to me so I could deposit it into my account. She refused to do it. So I asked to speak to someone to just have him added to my account. She refused again and said they were "booked" until Monday (there was 1 person there other than us) Mind you I have been with Wells Fargo for over 10 years and I was not asking to do anything out of the ordinary and I also called before going into the branch! I called to complain and they could not understand why we were refused to begin with! Now I see why this branch has such a low score, they have no idea what they are doing, they lie and refuse service without reason. Please RETRAIN this staff or HIRE NEW STAFF, get it together!!! I will go out of my way to go to another branch from now on!
