        I moved out of this apartment the first few days of January and in March I was getting emails from the electric company about a bill For the month of February. I was in contact with Jessica who is the previous manager, but she has since relocated to another property and since she has left, the leasing office has been screening my calls by not answering, or returning any of my calls, regardless of voicemails being left, requesting a callback. Ive probably called about to 20 times over the last few weeks and each time the call has not been answered. Its very clear that theyre ignoring my calls because Im calling during business hours. Additionally, I leave very detailed messages and they havent returned any of those calls so now I have to go out of my way to make an appearance in person, and then escalate this if it still isnt handled appropriately. Beware of renting here!
