Alexan Grove

I am a new tenant here, and this place is beautiful, clean, and the entire staff is very professional and engaging! I would like to give a shout-out to Luis in the leasing office. He has helped me from the first day I came to tour the property a couple of months ago, when I moved in and got settled, and still takes time out of his day to answer my questions. He is very knowledgeable, quick to respond to emails and messages, and does everything he can to ensure you are comfortable. Also, the amenities here are fantastic! The pool is amazing, the fitness center is very clean and organized, and the dog park is big and has lots of room for the pets to run and play. The grounds are kept clear of debris and are enjoyable to look at when walking around or sitting on your balcony. Alexan Grove deserves every bit of 5 stars!

My experience with the Alexan Grove was deeply unsatisfactory and distressing. From the outset, the lack of clear communication was glaringly apparent. The applications teams interaction was minimal and confusing, leading to a frustrating process devoid of professionalism and basic customer service. The handling of our application was not only poor but also felt targeted. Unlike other rental properties, the Alexan Grove made an unwarranted issue out of our current address, insinuating we were trying to be sneaky or deceiving. Their refusal to delve deeper into our application or to provide clear reasons for their skepticism was both unfair and unsettling. Moreover, their lack of basic research skills became evident when they failed to understand that our current apartment complex comprises multiple buildings, leading to unnecessary confusion over addresses. This demonstrates a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for potential tenants' circumstances. I had to attach a google maps screenshot to educate the applications team in an email on how to do some basic research on what you'd think is a basic everyday function of their job before jumping into conclusions and accuse people over the phone. The pinnacle of their unprofessionalism was their refusal to refund our deposit despite their clear mishandling of our application process. It's appalling how they treat potential tenants, and it reflects poorly on their application process and ethical standards. I would caution anyone considering the Alexan Grove to think twice. The lack of respect, professionalism, and basic human decency shown by their team is not what you would expect from a reputable apartment complex. There are far better options available that value and respect their tenants in this area. The only positive thing I could say this interaction is that Luis in the property team was helpful when calling in over the phone to provide information on our interest and was prompt to try to correct Aurora's (Applications team member) behavior and I truly applaud for him for being the only capable and customer centric person in this entire interaction.

Definitely one of the nicest communities in the area and I have explored many of them! Its beautiful, clean, and the amenities are awesome! The pictures dont do it justice. You truly have to check it out for yourself. Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful. Luis helped make the process enjoyable and seamless. He is also Spanish & Portuguese speaking, which was helpful for our family!

I have been so at peace since my first day here. I have been at alexan grove for a week now and every single day I learn something new about this place. I love it here. From the apartment all the way to the staff is amazing. We couldnt thank Luis enough for how smooth the move in process was. Always was there to help.
