        I couldn't be happier with Richard Wood and Farm Bureau, my prior insurance company dropped me over a pool claim that they denied. Richard found me a better home policy, and new vehicle policies with better coverage. I was recently in an accident, Richard was my second call, he gave me the claim information, the person to call and helped me understand my coverage and what best action to take. His advice really saved me in the long run. Thank you so much Richard!

        I have never had to file a claim but Florida Farm did save me from the extremely high premium I was paying with another company.

        Debra Roland is the least amount of help Ive encountered on finding home insurance. Shes rude and doesnt call back when she says she will. Absolutely awful. Upon speaking with others who have attempted to use her as an agent, I heard of similar experiences.
