        Diana and Susan... where do I begin? Our stay at the Yulee Best Western was an unplanned, unenexpected stop on our way home to New York state. The circumstances were pet related as our girl had to be admitted into a nearby emergency hospital. Our emotions were like a roller coaster as news from the Dr. came at various stages of our stay. These two ladies made a devastating and heartbreaking stay somewhat bearable. Diana, from the moment of our first encounter you were so very empathetic and supportive. Susan, you and Diana were the only light we could see on a very, very dark day. It was a long ride back to NY without our girl, but please know how special you are. I tried to let the Corporate BW people know how amazing you both were & I hope they too let you know. They are so lucky to have people like you caring for guests. The hotel itself? Top notch for sure... every hotel should take a page from you and your book. Thank you again. Rooms: Very clean, very comfortable. Noteworthy details: Amazing staff.

        Expensive! Front desk was not very helpful on how to get our free night reward! Best Western in Richmond and Connecticut was certainly the more reasonable stay!
