        The representative is very nice and personable however I went out of there looking like my head was cut like a zigzag. I didn't realize until I got home and washed it how bad it was. Had to go to another professional shop to have it fixed. That I did not appreciate.

        I am rating 5 stars for my stylist Kim Freidman,she knows how to cut my hair,I love her. I will have to let you know that Carrie Knowles is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I was unfamiliar with the online check in,and asked for help. She treated me like I was a piece of trash while other people she treated with respect. This person is highly unprofessional and should not be in the customer service industry. For this reason I will need to rate this as a low score

        My hair is very healthy with excellent thickness and luster. It had a length of about 8 in and I wanted to keep the length. I simply asked for a minor touch up and trim of stray hairs and a little bit of layering. As the barber cut I saw about an inch worth of length fall which I was okay with. However what I did not realize was happening was that the barber was essentially cutting in the exact same places repeatedly about an onch at a time in every area. My hair is now roughly three and a half inches in length and nowhere near what I asked for. I will not be returning here ever again.
