Pinnacle did a pebble coating on my new pool build. Mixed a custom color for me because i wanted something in between two stock colors. It's been 6 months since they completed my pool and i couldn't be happier. Everything is great. Great folks who answered all my questions and took care of the job.

I engaged Pinnacle 1 year ago to re-tile and refinish our pool. The tile work went great but that was the end of the positive experience with Pinnacle. When they refinished the pool they left streaks all over the entire pool and it also had leaks. After several months of dealing with a tech (that I am now told is a former employee), I contacted Todd who was very helpful. He got a team to come out and drain the pool, pressure wash it and refinish it. While the pool (and hot tub) were drained, the technician said he found several leaks and repaired them all. They filled up the pool and I thought we were all done. I was wrong, the leaks came back especially one where Pinnacle installed the overflow tile from the hot tub into the pool. Todd sent a leak company to identify and resolve it but they could only do a temporary patch and advised me Todd would have to get back out to install permanent patch. I followed up with Todd for over a month to get someone out to put in the permanent fix. He finally got one of his guys out to perform the fix. Within a couple of weeks the water level was dropping more quickly than before. I asked Todd to get someone back out but it went ignored. I finally called another leak company (at my own expense) who examined the entire pool and hot tub and confirmed they found the same leak that they supposedly just fixed as well as noted other areas of the pool that were epoxied around the main drain and hot tub that should not have been epoxied to repair the leaks since the pool was just refinished. I am so disappointed that one year later (mind you they collected payment upon completion) and I am still having issued. Stay away from this company!
