        My husband was out of town for work on my birthday. He ordered me a rose arrangement. I have never been so disgusted. I put the arrangement on my office desk but quickly had to take it outside. I dont know if the person who made this arrangement smoked or the delivery person but the card and the arrangement recked so bad of smoke I had to throw them in the garbage. I could not even smell the roses due to the smoke smell. Also, the roses were NOT fresh many of them had wilted and had brown spots. Not happy.

        They were kind, attentive, and flexible with my order. The flowers turned out great although I dont suggest getting spray-painted roses.

      Kendra, we are so sorry you did not like your arrangement. I wish you would have called us so that we could have discussed your arrangement and delivered you another one before throwing them away. I am not sure why your arrangement smelt like smoke as no one (designer or delivery driver)smoke.
