We waited a long time for the order, although it was already ready in the app. All the food was too salty. The fries were thrown into the bag at random. Sad but it was sloppy and slow.

Been to this location twice now and both times were horrible experiences. This time my wife and I ordered ahead on the app. The app clearly said that the order was ready and it was nowhere near ready when we walked in. Multiple problems all going on at the same time when we walked in the door ( too much and too to write in this review) . Waited almost 30 minutes after the app told us our food was ready and it still wasnt good quality after all that waiting. Fries absolutely not eatable. Whoever owns and manages this place should be ashamed of themselves

Did a mobile order on the app, said it would be ready in 10 minutes, and said ready on the app before we arrived. We pull up at the drive through at 7:20, they said the drive through is closed and to come inside, even though we explained we had a mobile order. Went inside, we said we had 2 mobile orders that were ready on the app, they said they couldnt find it. We sat down and waited for them to find it. 6 other people had been there for already 20-30 minutes waiting on their food, we could hear them complaining. 40 minutes go by, they finally find our mobile order on the screen, but still needed to prepare it. We waited almost a hour for our mobile order that said was READY before we even got there. Then the food we got, was absolutely horrible, barely any sauce, dry and overcooked, and what even is the extra sauce that I paid $.50 for. Its non existent. This place needs help and to get their stuff together. Will never be back. Absolutely horrible experience.

Mashed potato Nasty. The wait is extremely long ,and on top of that they only have 1 type of chicken regular no original no nothing it's not worth it
