Mills Creek Preserve

From the leasing office being outstanding to the maintenance staff always on top of things. I love the area and the apartments being not only affordable but spacious, it's absolutely worth it.

I lived there for roughly 10 months and loved it, had absolutely no issues and management was always very attentative.

This condominium charged me for an irregular and incorrect application. I have already sent 5 emails 7 days ago and in addition to not answering, they do not return my money! I will take another legal action on this! People without commercial preparation to perform the function I do not recommend it because the service, both in person and by email, is terrible

Lived here for about 8 months and had absolutely no issues what so ever. Very professional management team. Any time we had an issue it was resolved normally within a few hours. Always responded to any questions we had almost immediately. Sometimes after hours. I do think the 6 person per group at the pool was a little crazy. Because as a family of 4 we couldnt have anyone else really go with us but thats it.
