image My husband and I like to kayak upstream from the park as we live nearby A Beautiful part of the river if you like narrow waterways , which we do enjoy. However, I would be very careful parking here and leaving your vehicle unattended. We have had people walk up to us out of nowhere, with nothing better to do but hang out and drink ETOH. I would not be surprised to come back from a boating afternoon to find my vehicle broken into or even gone. Good thing our kayaking truck looks like it was pulled straight out of a junk yard with nothing left to strip.
Picnic area: Currently flooded All the lovely be boardwalks have been washed away with the last flood.

image Had to leave my tent there last night. And walk home. Brooker. Ugh, can someone please put it to a side for me I put it all n a crate. And will pick up asap I rode with someone over to camp out. He turned fool drinking talked to cops all night. Fun. Never again!!! I like the place though. Just be driving myself next time. Lesson learned. Tent is blue in color and small ice cest, also shovel. Thanks.
