    They gave me a very expensive tire whose load index does not match my car. My car has 95V, the tire costs $88 and they gave me 95T which does not fit the car and costs $130, because they said they don't have any other Goodyear tires, Shop with Goodyear tires don't have tires!!! Additionally, they broke the screws when unscrewing the wheel and I had to pay $200 for it, where the screw itself cost $15 and the labor for one screw was $50, why didn't you inform me that the screws don't want to come out and can break, only after fact. I should sue you for this! You will get a lot of negative marks for this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, they charge additional hidden costs.

    Ok place . Better to use this store than 601 north Bumby where they damage your good tires and are VERY DISHONEST and will not give accurate information to sell tires. After my bad experience with good year on Bumby I use store on Red bug lake rd. I bring company vehicle here and recently brought my maxima here for alignment. I purchased 3 years of alignment service. MISTAKE!!!!!!!! After I got car from alignment steering wheel was not horizontal as it should be. I figured Id address it at next alignment but when I got second alignment several months later it was worse. I brought it to their attention and requested credit for what services I paid for but did not receive. Man behind the counter stated that because I already used it I was not able to receive credit and that I would need to bring the car in for them to look at it. The way I look at it is if you cannot get it right the first or second time, why would I bring in for a third time. they lost two customers one for my personal car and one for my company vehicle. Mechanics are are the all-time low, so they are most likely hiring anybody off the street where the customer has to suffer by getting secondhand service. Tires are good just everything else lacks. Good luck if you choose to use their services.

    Went in for an oil change in the morning and Dylan, James, and Shane helped me out. They were able to identify an issue with the brake pads that I knew about from the dealership and fix that as well as an issue with the serpentine belt. They were both fast and very courteous and gave top notch customer service.

    I brought my work van here to have it diagnosed, there was a squealing grinding noise coming from the engine compartment. The manager of Goodyear diagnosed It has a water pump. They gave me a quote of over $900 to replace the pump, do a coolant flush and replace the belt. He said they could have it done that day so I left my vehicle with one request, that when they put the vehicle outside that they keep it locked because I have several tools in the vehicle.I explained that at another place where I had work done they left it unlocked and tools disappeared. They called me at the end of the day and let me know my vehicle was ready. When I showed up 40 minutes later and I went to my van I found it was unlocked. I Open the doors and walked around the vehicle several times Nobody from Goodyear said anything or came out. I went inside and when they rung me up I asked them how much the discount was for not doing what I asked them to do. I explained I asked to keep the van locked and it was unlocked. With an attitude he was making some lame excuses of why my vehicle was not locked. After arguing for a few minutes, he finally did take a few dollars off the price. The very next day as I was driving and I heard a squealing noise. That afternoon I brought it back to Goodyear and the same manager looked at it and told me that it was the belt that he would have to order a belt and I could bring it back the next morning. I showed up at 7:30 around 8:30. He told me that it was the belt tensioner and it was now making a grinding noise. I thought to myself that's the same squealing and grinding that I initially brought it in here for. I told him I was not going to have them do the work. They should have found that the first time so he said he would take the labor off so I let them do it while I waited in the lobby this time. The manager brought me out the belt tensioner and showed me and tried to explain how it was bad. I thought huh. That's funny. He never showed me the water pump and tried to tell me how that was bad. My conclusion is that it probably wasn't the water pump. It was probably just the belt tensioner the whole time. With the attitude and the non-compliance to customer requests, I will not be doing business for anything at Goodyear going forward. I just don't trust them.
