I just sold my home in Deltona with the help of Scott Garrison. I was referred to Scott thru an online service that sends you the Realtors with the Best Sales Records in the area. I was certain that getting our house sold in December was going to be a challenge, but we got an offer right away. I believe that is because Scott's marketing is fantastic. Where do I start. Scott Garrison of RE/MAX Town & Country Realty in Winter Springs Florida is fantastic. I could not have sold my rental property so fast without his expert guidance and assistance. He is an expert at his craft.
By fast I am talking sixteen showings in 9 days, multiple offers at full price. Yes, once the property was put on the market, in less than two weeks it was done. As I write this, the closing is in progress and I will have the check in my hands within days, just amazing.
You should know that I am an out of town landlord and have worked with Scott on and off for approximately 30 years, he has never let me down. So when I decided to sell this rental property that I have owned since 1983, he was the first and only call I made.
I needed to get the property ready to put on the market. Scott helped me get the the property expertly cleaned, lawn and landscaping cared for, A/C serviced and certified, even helped me get a new roof, at a very good price in a week....just amazing. The turn around on each and every aspect was well handled, so fast that it even surprised me and I knew Scott and how he worked. Lets just say, once again, he did not disappoint.
He followed up with the contractors doing the work on the property, keeping me in the loop at each and every step. He thought of many items that I would not have considered, I knew the property was in great shape, but man, I almost did not want to sell it when I saw the results of his and the contractors' labors.
When Scott says he is going to get something done, you can count on it. I know I did. What a pleasure to do business with. His follow up, integrity and plain energy is second to none.
Being out of state definitely had its disadvantages for me, but with Scott on the job, everything was effortless. Details were handled in advance so that when the house went on the market, everything was handled, all the i's dotted and t's crossed. When a contractor overlooked an item, Scott handled it. He sent a mobile notary to my out of state home to get the closing papers signed at no cost to me.
Scott's pictures, video no doubt helped sell the property, granted it really is in a good neighborhood with great people, lived there myself when I first bought the property, before it became a rental.
I am completely happy and satisfied with Scott Garrison and RE/MAX Town & Country Reality. I do not hesitate to recommend his services. Listen to his advice, follow his suggestions and you too will sell your beloved property, whether a rental or one you are living in, very quickly after listing...that is the point right, when you have made the decision to sell, you want it to happen as fast as possible for top dollar...Call Scott Garrison, you will be glad you did, I know I am.

In a world where it is so difficult to find honest, decent, hardworking professionals, I was so fortunate to find Scott Garrison of Remax (Town & Country Winter Springs, Fl) As a our of town land owner, I went on the internet looking for a Top East Orlando Realtor who has experience in selling vacant land. And in my search, I found Scott from Remax who became, to me, a gem i b the rock. From the moment we agreed to do business, Scott took my business with a professionalism above any to which I've seen.
The first few days he started a relentless marketing strategy utilizing all tools like drone videos and pictures and several YouTube videos of my land.
Showing all features, the ad copy for the remarks all of which allowed me to get a great offer in this difficult market at this difficult time of the year to sell.

My Realtor Scott Garrison Helped me get a GREAT DEAL on buying a home I'm going to fix up and Flip for a Profit in Ventura Country Club near the Orlando Airport! My whole family has been working with Scott for many, many years and he has helped us buy several Investment properties and Rentals, and sell lots of them for a good price too. This one we just bought was owned by some other clients of his who wanted a quick sale for all Cash and it really just needs paint and carpet, so we bought it and will get it turned around soon and of course we'll work with Scott Garrision again to get the best price possible. I think Scott has two sets of happy clients here- both his sellers and us too! He is an amazing Realtor who always does what he promises, over-delivers on results, and I don't think we had a Real Estate problem that he hasn't been able to solve for us quickly.
