Realtor Works Magic Thanks to REMAX Realtor Laura Lee Woods our house built in 1973 sold at 2022 prices. This would not have been possible except for the exceptional performance of our realtor. The professionalism of Laura Lee Woods was exemplary in every way. First, Mrs. Woods inspected the house and questioned us on all the improvements we made over our 25-year ownership of the house. Then she researched comparable properties in the area and inspected them as well. We jointly agreed on a competitive sales price. Then the work began. Mrs. Woods advised us how to stage the house. She even added some decorative and stylish items from her own inventory to compliment the plan to ensure the house showed very well. Laura Lee Woods expertly coordinated all the showings and advised us how to evaluate all the offers. Then, the housing market began to slide negatively due to numerous factors. Prices fell, and competition increased greatly. Also, our four-point inspection had a few problems, and the house's age became a factor. Mrs. Woods then went into top gear and advised us to repair key features of the house, helped us to find and select contractors, advised us on improvement and repair prices, and even helped us to find financing. All the work was completed, and Laura Lee Woods even helped us with some of the project supervision. Despite the problems she helped lower the stress level of situations. We recently had the opportunity to work with Laura Leigh Wood to prepare and sell our home. She was extremely helpful and caring with renovation suggestions and professional staging.
