Dr Hernandez is a miracle worker and a life saver!!! Her ability to read the room, empathize, relate, dive into things, push you to places that show you things you didn't think about despite knowing the events is unparalleled. Its clear her passion for helping people, and her passion for her own self discovery go handing hand. Best therapist I have seen, her level of intune empathic ability, combined with deep skills in trauma discovery and repair is like no other. My wife and I are so grateful, and will keep coming back for more as we just want to deepen our understanding of each other and ourselves. If you are on the edge, whether about therapy, ir about Syrona, I looked long, hard, and wide, and you won't be disappointed here.

Dr. H and Dr. Kelly are some of the most caring people Ive ever had the privilege of meeting. Dr. H is so understanding and truly cares about you and your life. She helped me tremendously with learning how to grieve and finding who I am. Id recommend this experience to anyone who feels lost. I cant thank her enough for changing my life!

Words simply cannot convey how pleased I am after my sessions with Dr. Kelly! Ive had a few different experiences with standard / general Therapist & Therapy only to find myself back in the same mindset and challenges a year or more after. It was apparent to me, I simply needed an EXPERT within the challenges I was plagued with. I was truly blessed to find the Syrona website and Dr. Kellys expertise in these issues! After the prescribed 4 full day, intensive sessions I truly experienced quite a few WATERSHED moments and discoveries about myself, my psyche, and TRUE self. Thank You Dr. Kelly. Thankful for the 3 day intensive it was so deep and special and I was amazed at how I was able to shift my perspective on so many areas of my life one in particular was something that had been heavily weighing me down for a long time and I could not see it any other way until doing some of the exercises together in that time. I had an immediate breakthrough in that one area that seemed to overshadow so many other areas of my life and am ever so thankful for a new way to see it and reframe it. The work definitely continues on your own once you leave and in reality its like a new beginning if you choose to step into the knowledge youve received in those impactful days. Kind of funny but when it was over I immediately felt I was going to miss them and my time there because they really do make you feel at home. I highly recommend this approach and Syrona and I wish I could gift this to all the people in my life because its just that powerful! I spent my days with Dr Termary but I got to know Dr Kelly a little as well and absolutely loved them both. Thank you for making your space feel so warm and welcoming and safe! If youre wondering youre worth investing the time and money to dig deep and get to the other side!

My wife Marina and I recently did the 3 day intensive marriage therapy retreat with Dr. Kelly and Hernandez. We had previously (and very unsuccessfully) tried conventional marriage counseling and so we thought this may be a good idea to take our marriage to the next level. To say that we were literally blown away by this experience would be a gross understatement. It was literally life changing. To understand why we act in a certain way in certain circumstances, and to understand why we react the way we do to our partner's actions is incredibly empowering. Instead of getting annoyed at my wife, I am now empathetic, because I understand from where and why she responds the way she does. We are so much closer and more in love with each other than we have ever been. This was money so well spent. We cannot recommend this retreat more. The understanding, empathy, insightfulness, and professionalism displayed by Drs. Kelly and Hernandez was wonderful. The office is very homelike and comfortable and is very conducive to the therapeutic environment. We feel like part of the Syrona family now!
