Very disappointed. All was well until they apparently ran out of time . I paid them at their request, they promised to come back on Monday to finish. I regret doing so because one team member came back and he was unwilling to paint areas that was missed. He did not complete the job that was on contract. Multiple texts and multiple phone calls. Owner refused to call after sending text requesting phone call. They practically ghosted me after they received payment. I will be following with the BBB. I am not happy, I was so excited to have my house painted. Poor customer service. Also they left the empty paint cans on lawn for us to dispose of. Service: Exterior painting

Long story short I hired John - All around painting in June 2020, his painter William showed up weeks later, always late or didnt show up at all, he did the worse paint job ever, instead of caulking small nail holes he thought it best to put electrical tape over them and then paint over the tape! When I noticed what he was doing I took the tape off and said that was not going to work! He didnt paint in the grooves of the siding, got paint all over everything, instead of taking the house numbers down he painted over them, asked for money for gas, complained about his drive. Called John the owner to let him know what was going on and he seem not to care at all. After I complained and sent emails, and text, with pictures of the poor paint job, John sent out Wesley, they water down some leftover paint and touched up what Wesley said was 60 spots, which left the whole paint job splotchy. After much complaining John sent Wesley out again. Ive been trying to reach John till this day to find out when theyre going to caulk around the windows, the doors and we are needed, which I did pay for and I cant get a return phone call. I have nothing left to do except take him to small claims court which I plan on filing a claim next week. John was not the cheapest estimate by any means but he talked a good game. I hired John to paint the inside of my house. On the scheduled day, Salvador showed up, did not identify himself as representing the company until I asked. He stayed about 45 minutes then said he had to go to Home Depot and didn't return. I called and texted John without response. Over the next 10 days, Salvador did not show up 4 times. I was never able to get a response from John regarding this. The work done was sloppy and unprofessional. Removed ceiling popcorn left EVERYWHERE. He did not cover my office equipment, so printer & shredder were ruined. He sprayed primer on doors and bifolds without dusting or letting me know he was going to do it, so I could dust. Primer spray was on light switches, cabinets, appliances - a mess! The 4th time he didn't show up, I fired them. That made John return my call. He insisted on a walk through, we made an appointment and he didn't show. He also never provided proof of insurance despite repeated requests. Do NOT hire this company! Service: Paint indoors

Extremely disappointed! Work has never been completed! Its been several months and no return calls, text or emails. Work was proposed, agreed upon and started in February. First week of work being performed I was told by an employee of All About Painting the job was going to be additional money than what was quoted. I asked to have the owner Mr. Buckley come by and talk to me about the additional money which he never did. I was informed by the employees that this is something that happens regularly. Mr. Buckley refuses to give his workers money for the weeks work that was completed or additional supplies when needed. Very unprofessional company along with poor customer service. The job was done in a very sloppy, unprofessional way. Areas were totally not done and there were places on the walls where you could see the old covering. Paint was splashed on our blinds (which shouldve been removed.) They did redo the ceilings using our good paint. Hire them at your own risk!
