Front desk woman named Kay made me rate this place one star. Rest of the staff is great but she has poor people skills and does NOT know how to greet people either. Sheâ€™s always on the phone with someone when you walk in while you speak about personal information. I also asked her for MY paper work and she said no that she canâ€™t show me. Terrible service from the person you see when you first walk in.

Great practice. Front desk receptionist was very friendly. This is a very busy practice, so be ready to wait at least an hour before being seen. Dr. Forde-Kelly is very down to earth and knowledgeable. Would have given 5 stars, but that wait time is no bueno!

I am always impressed with the service at The Womenâ€™s Center. My only complaint is the waiting time from getting into the room and seeing the doctor can be longer than Iâ€™d hope.
