I discovered that Greg, the owner, was kind, clear, and efficient. In contrast to other funeral homes we were considering, where the process was significantly delayed, Greg's approach stood out for its promptness and professionalism.

Greg has been responsive and knowledgeable and very kind. I did the correct decision on choosing this location for my moms cremation.

Mr. Banfield made the process for my dad so easy. Having never dealt with a funeral home I was so happy when he was patient and kind to my mother after losing her husband of 59 years. There was no pressure to do anything more than my dads directive said to. Thank you Greg!

I'll start by saying that I never thought that I would have to review a funeral home at least for the next 20 years. And if I did it would have been for my mother or father. This place is beautiful and Mr Banfield was amazing. When they took my wife I told them I don't care where she goes, they just told me that she needed to go somewhere so the kind resource officer with the Winter springs Police department suggested here. I'm really glad she did because it gave us a place to go for my wife's sisters and mother to come say goodbye and Mr Banfield arranged it at a last minute notice. This also gave me the opportunity to have my children to be able to come say goodbye to their mother who obviously had already left her body I moved on but I still had somewhere nice and pleasant to go to say goodbye. I don't know what else to say about a place that nobody ever plans on visiting except for that if something unexpected happens during good hands here.
