We had a good experience with Dennis working on our floors back in 2020, now fast forward to 2022 and he ghosted us after collecting a $12k advance on a kitchen remodel!!! His partner on this project is Don from Bosox Builders-do your research and run as far as you can from these thieves!

Hired Dennis to install laminate in our living room and hallway. They have been here 3 times since December and the job still isn't finished! Refuses to answer calls or return emails. Once he was paid. That was it!! Gone!! Go somewhere else!!!!! Always excuses.

Absolutely the worst contractor I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Zero communication. Totally abandoned us mid project. Can I get this review to a zero?

Dennis and his installers did a great job demolishing my old floors and baseboards and installing new floors through most of my house in only a few days. They were attentive and professional. I recommend Express Affordable Flooring for your flooring project.
