Great place to donate lightly used items. I do however understand they are a small location and around the holiday season its heavily trafficked causing them to have limited space to accept and store donations. Most Donation Xpress are shielded from the elements at their drop off points, except this one. So if you intend to donate here when its raining understand out of safety concerns the attendant may wait for a break in weather conditions to come outside. You may want to also avoid donating wet items as they are sure to refuse those because of their potential to grow mold once damp. However most lightly used items are accepted, but they can refuse a donation if it doesnt fit their reselling criteria, some items could be recalled, dangerous, hazardous or just too worn. Its best just to check their website for acceptable donations. Busiest times to donate are 12pm to 3pm. And they really appreciate receiving donations in trash bags or boxes/totes.

They actually closed earlier than said. Got here at 6 on weekday and already closed. Very inconvenient
