I had my hair done on Wednesday by David C! and he did an excellent job! My hair looks so beautiful and so natural. David suggested the style and color and it suits me very well. He has always done a wonderful job! Thank you David! I have gotten so many compliments, and I always say "I'll have to tell David my Stylist, he gets the credit!"

I went in to get another MAC foundation & powder. I asked if the MAC rep was available. I was told "I am not sure where she is" I asked if they could get her..however, she suggested that she could help. I told her my shades & in my mind she went to get them. I asked if she could match me to make sure my summer shade was the same. After we started I noticed that none of the products were MAC! They were Charlotte Tilbury! Which I did not want nor like. My face looked dark & dirty! She blamed it on the mirror! I brought it to her attention that I came in for MAC she yet again gave me my Charlotte Tilbury shades #'s! I asked if she would be working tomorrow, so that I could come back & get my MAC when she was not there. I left without purchasing anything. I went to another store had it all removed from my face & I purchased all new products. I was very disappointed in the customer service that I received!

Trinity was our consultant and she was fabulous. I haven't been keeping up with the makeup trends and knew nothing when I walked in. She walked me thru every step of the way, listened to what type of look I preferred, what routines I would likely follow, and matched my coloring perfectly. She never pushed products on me and kept me within my budget range. Would recommend her any time.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Currently in between makeup shades. Between tanning and spray tans I can never find the right shade of foundation to match my face and body. I was in desperate need of help. Nicole was fantastic!!!! She was so patient and helpful. Took her time to give me recommendations and show me different brands. I have warm neutral and cool tones in my skin so it was no easy task. We finally settled on bobbi brown. Im so thankful to her and the rest of the friendly staff.

I went to this Ulta in pursuit of a new foundation/skin regimen. Tenia was BEYOND helpful and understanding. She was fabulous and recommended products that she personally uses, as opposed to "I heard this product is good...." She is a huge asset to Ulta!
