I wish that, I would have never went with this company. The are not trustworthy and have not been honest with me through this whole process. The will lie to you about the roof estimates and Guarantee that certain things will be done to your roof. It's all a lie, noone is honest at this company. Please choose another company, you have been warned. They are going to over charge the insurance company and this is the way they make money. My neighbors are complaining about this company also, they can't be trusted...!!! Services: Roof installation, Installation

This was my first experience with having to replace the roof on my home. Roberta Kennedy made the process extremely easy. She kept me informed the entire time. She replied to my questions quickly. The whole team that was involved were all on top of their game. I not only would recommend them but I will use them again.

We had severe roof damage that we were unaware of so my Cousin referred me to a friend of his James Willis who was a contractor for Citrus Roofing, He came out and assessed our roof and went to bat for us when UPC was going to deny our claim. He was very knowledgeable and professional and got our home owners insurance to honor our claim, we have a new roof and soon will be receiving new gutters, Because of James we will not have to worry if we get bad weather this hurricane season. With an 8-year old roof I was skeptical that a new one was needed. Wrong. Steve found significant damage and the insurance company was in total agreement. The crew was amazingly efficient and left our property very clean after each days work . Any issues we noticed were addressed. Steve stayed in touch and on top of things through out the process.
