I have an older car and didn't have it detailed for over 2 years. They did a terrific job - it was perfect. My leather interior and carpet are now spotless. Interior glass - perfect - no streaks. Wheel wells - no dirt or grime. Exterior wax - shiny. Excellent customer service. When I picked up my car, Hannah came out and went over it thoroughly to make sure the job was done right. And it was! I wish i had gotten the name of the person who detailed because they deserve huge kudos. Well done Car Wash Palace. Service: Auto detailing

This was my favorite car wash (business reply is from a precious review where I gave them five stars). They changed the entrance which is really hard to find and the service has gone way down; they completely overlooked the love bugs in the front of the car and ran it under the hot wax. When they went to give me my keys back, I pointed it out to them and this poor kid worked in it with a sponge for a minute before declaring they were stuck fast. I laughed and said, " Of course they are; you dripped waxed on them."

Eek. The service has gone downhill. Leaving a review so you dont waste your time/money. Ive gone for a long time and its just not the quality it used to be. Spray junk splashed/squirted everywhere on the interior, to the point that there was a puddle on my rear floor and I had to wash my hands from the solution on the steering wheelso much excess. Spaces not vacuumed or even attempted to wipe down, mirrors not cleaned, exterior still had pollen and wheel wells were dirty. Just made more work for me when I got home. The leaders are nice, but the team is apathetic at best and less than happy to help. There used to be some really nice hard workers there! Yes, I requested some touch ups before I left and team wasnt interested in communicating so I gave up. Have an $80 gift card I wont be using.
