Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. We contacted them to come do air and mold testing on our house and made an appointment. We took work off to be there. 2 hours later and the guy went to the wrong house. We request if there's any way for them to please still come today because we desperately need the evaluation and took time off for this. The guy finally comes and does the tests and says we should have the report in 3-4 days since it was before the weekend. That was almost a MONTH ago. We have called every week asking if there is an update and that we need this to begin repairs on our house and they have said the guy had to go home, the guy was at a conference, and then just outright ignored our calls and voicemails. Now they say they will not work with us nor give us the results. We have been completely displaced from our home this whole time and if this was going to be their decision they should have done so immediately or sooner. Extremely unprofessional and blatant disregard to the fact that people are obviously suffering when their houses have mold and they simply do not care.

Highly recommend this company for asbestos testing if you are planning on removing your popcorn ceilings. I was originally hoping to do the testing myself so did all of the research to ensure we get an accurate result, but after we learned we would have to order a kit online (Home Depot & Lowes dont carry them in-store), and finding unclear directions on how to send in samples if you go the completely DIY route, I decided to call in for a quote. Air Analytics was able to come out the next day and promised 24-hr turn-around for results. The cost difference between paying a lab directly and getting the professionals out was worth it for our timeline and peace-of-mind. Andrew was great - very knowledgeable about the whole process and heard out all of my concerns and questions. He was very efficient and called us personally with the results so we could move on to the next phase of our project. Thanks!

Had a scare when our older home that we bought recently had hair-like stuff hanging out all the air vents. I wanted to make sure that it wasn't asbestos considering the age of our home. I called and was helped by Andrew he came out a few hours later and took a few samples. He was incredibly clean, courteous, and polite. I received the report the very next day and spoke to Ed on the phone. Thank goodness- it was not asbestos! But it was fiberglass... Ed was incredibly helpful and intelligent with his response. Told me a few different possibilities as to how that may have ended up in my air vent. And ways to fix the problem. This is a very honest company & great at what they do. I'd highly recommend if you're concerned about asbestos!
