I have been a customer here for years. I have gotten IVs and even participated in their vitahealth program before they closed it. I signed up for the membership probably about a year ago and one of the reasons I did was because I was told if I had an extra one on my account I could bring a friend. Nobody told me about any transfer fees until today. Sent an email out a few weeks ago about upgrades to the membership. One of them being a monthly total body composition scan which I was told is not monthly but quarterly contrary to the email. On my previous visit, I wanted to take one of my extra bags and use it towards enhancements which I had always been told I could do. And I was told that is not allowed even though in the email it states that it is. I love the concept, but the inconsistencies in policies is definitely making me consider a change
