Love this place for quick, efficient, friendly service. They have a CT, Ultrasound etc available similar to an ER but are still considered an urgent care. Dont waste time money and your life at an ER., come here. Kind of concerned to post this bc I want to keep this urgent care a secret, shhh! Erica greeted me and brought me a warm blanket later on. Gabby was the nurse and started a beautiful IV which is no easy feat on my squirrelly veins. Christie, NP, took a CT scan to rule out any post operative problems, still having severe pain 5 weeks after surgery. Was fine at 2-3 weeks?!? Good to know it is all okay. Just need to be patient, I guess.

The most positive medical experience ever. Never going anywhere else. Fast, efficient, and this clinic has way more services/providers than any other urgent care. Will recommend to everyone.

Did not resolve issue ~ too long wait ~ no itemized receipt which I need for insurance. Most urgent care cost 75.00 copay they charged 247.00. Horrible service absolutely do not go there for health care. Worst.
Additionally, about month later I receive invoice to pay same amount. Complete scam of urgent care ~ not helping people just collecting $ from individuals and insurance companies. Warning DO NOT GO HERE FOR CARE.

APRN Andrew Stafford was extremely unprofessional and rude. No knock on the door, no introduction, and no time for questions. Everyone else was nice, but I will never come back here because of how I was treated by the doctor. Do not recommend.

The facility was very clean. They ran on time, and the staff was very nice.
Unfortunately, the medical care was not good at all. I got the wrong medical diagnosis. Fortunately, I suspected it, so I waited and saw my own primary dr the following Monday (my Guidewell visit was a Saturday). What is so unfortunate is that, had the Dr taken about a minute to listen to the clinical history, he might have landed on the right diagnosis. I had a localized extensive allergic reaction to wasp venom. He decided I had cellulitis and required antibiotics. He came to this conclusion by quickly looking at my red & swollen hand (allergic reactions and cellulitis BOTH look red and swollen. Cellulitis doesn't itch btw). I tried to explain the timeline, as considering the clinical timeline would have been tremendously helpful in arriving at the right diagnosis. . It had been swollen and itching (not painful,no streaking, etc) for 9 days. Cellulitis for 9 days without consequent systemic illness is impossible. He offered no treatment appropriate for allergic reaction, only antibiotics...which i did not take.
Fortunately my own doctor started me on a steroid taper pack and a better antihistamine than what I'd been taking. It got better very fast after that. My doctor said there was no way this was cellulitis. I'm glad it's ok now, but I sure wish I hadn't bothered with the time or expense of Guidewell just to get such substandard care. It was very uncomfortable, and waiting 2 more days to see my primary doctor should have not been necessary.
