I cannot recommend this company enough. The customer service, front and back office, is excellent. Guided us well thru purchase of the new upholstery for our boat and answered all our questions. Bonus: The new seats in our boat make our boat look new. Thank you Chi-Hawk.

I recently had some upholstery work done on the back bench seat and sun platform of a 20 year old boat. A couple of items that were noteworthy. The first is that the final bill was lower than the estimate that they had given me. Their rationale was that it did not take them as long as first expected. For them to turn around and pass that back to me was a welcome surprise. Second, given the boat was 20 years old, there were challenges in matching the faded colors. It was at this point that Chi Hawk Upholstery really came through from a customer service perspective as did everything they could to find a match from 20 years ago in both color and texture. As I look at the boat today, you would not be able to tell the two different colors - all still with the lower then estimated price. Thank you Chi Hawk Upholstery.
