Dr. Timothy C. Childers, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Childers' for over 15 years, after being diagnosed with Fibrocystic breasts. He and his team have provided excellent care through the years, along with managing other issues requiring general surgery. He is an amazing doctor and has always taken the time to understand my concerns and thoroughly explain my care.

I have stage one breast cancer with hyperplasia, Dr Childers wanted me to get a double mastectomy with breast implants, well speaking to my cancer doctor and plastic surgeon, I was told I have a choice to get a lumpectomy and a reduction which approved by my insurance, the surgery date was set for 6/9/23 to do a lumpectomy and a breast reduction, so today 6/1/23 he calls me into his office and tries to talk me into getting what he wants and I did not agree and he stated he wont do my surgery after waiting for months on the surgery date, taking set time from my job and getting my family onboard to support me. Worst experience I have ever had, truly unethical if you ask me, find a doctor who cares about what you want and supports you.

Dr. Childers, and thank goodness for my Son calling 911- was in the ER upon my arrival. He can moved quickly and had an operating room awaiting me; to perform a double ruptured appendix. He was a magnificent Surgeon! I am alive and well today, because he took care of me, immediately on March 28, 2017. I recently returned to see him , just in case I may need surgery for my bladder. He was great, complimentary to me, and said to call him if I am in need of surgery:) Thank you Dr. Childers, for saving my life!!!! Kindly, jan S. .

Dr Childers is a Great doctor! He has been very attentive to my health and fixed my issue very quick. Im very grateful for him. Highly recommend!!
