        Wanted to view rental property. Was texted about my interest in a showing. I texted back multiple times to view property and was ignored. Sent a message via Zillow and still did not hear back. Texted once again and response was "rented sorry". You would think a supposed business professional would know how to behave in a professional manner.

        I've lived in one of their over priced 1bed1bath houses (843 Miles Ave) for a year now and the AC went out consistently through the summer. The dryer went out for an entire month at a time, they send someone out to do a quick fix on old appliances that last the day or so. They don't care about the well-being of their residents, couldn't have a worse experience with a realty company. Won't be resigning the lease as they hiked up the rent as well.

        Very bad experience trying to rent a property from Bric Realty. They collected the application fee ($95.00) from every person over 18 years old and the consignor for the property, $285 in total. If you PAY the fee and are not selected, they will NOT refund the application fee. Even though, they did not do any background check or incurred any cost. This is not GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE. Very disappointed with the whole process.

        I spoke with Sunjay, and he was unpleasant and rude, not easy to work with referred me to his assistant who was not helpful either. Don't recommend this place. From real estate agent to real estate agent he was horrible to work with for the 2 days I did.

      Hello, our office had called and left several messages for you with no reply . Our records indicate only one applicant applied not several , and the advertisement clearly stated that application fees were non refundable. If you would like to discuss this further please contact our office and we would be happy to go over it with you.
