Sandy is fantastic. This was the third house she has sold for members of our family and everything went perfectly. Prior to listing, she coordinated the work needed to ensure the house was ready to list (painting, any repairs, yard work, etc) and then setting a price. The house sold within 2 weeks of listing. Excellent outcome, from superior preparation!
