        Great realtors, very patient, and up for the challenge. Lisa and Lynnette were great to work with during my long new home building experience. They supported me every step of the way and handled a lot of communication and sometimes confrontation with the home builder's team. I would take them to battle with me anytime. I can't say enough about their professionalism thru this challenging time. I would highly recommend them.

        Challenging Obstacles resolved every step of the way. One can expect and hope for a smooth sale of their home and/or a purchase. In our case it was both- and from the day of listing to the closing of each, it was a mere 4-6 weeks. Vicki Zechman helped quide us through the successful sale which presented some surprises. And when repeated issues arose in the purchase of the new home, Vicki was on it at every turn. The entire process could have been very different had we not had as good a communicator, detail-oriented and experienced realtor as Vicki. Thank you to the entire Keller Williams leadership and team.

        The consummate professional and advocate! I was so fortunate to have been referred to Lisa by chance. Her deep knowledge of the market was very helpful as I recently arrived in Orlando and did not know the area well. She was a strong advocate for my interests in negotiation: made smart suggestions and strategized with me to help reach the best offer on my recently purchased condo. I don't think I've had a better realtor advocate in 40 years across multiple properties in multiple cities. Aside from great professional skills, it was her warmth and humanity that impressed me most. Lisa genuinely cares about the people she works with. She's generous with her time and answered every question I had with patience. (And I always have a lot of questions!). When I needed an outside resource, she always responded with options. Her team is super responsive also! I would highly recommend working with Lisa and her team at Gould+
